It is best to use the CeramaBryte Ceramic Cooktop Cleaner with a cleaning pad or scraper. If there is burned on residue, you may need to apply pressure. Our only complaint is that we wish the ceramic cook top was a little less scratch resistant. It seems very prone to scratches. Otherwise it is great so far. We have had the stove about a month.

First I can't used the largest burner because it's getting too hot, even on the lowest setting, large pot of water boils like crazy, already burned pork chops. Not sure if it's supposed to be like that? For me it's useless. Second thing that the oven is giving the strange clicking sound. I had the technician visit from GE service and he told me it is supposed to be like that. This thing it drives me literally crazy. Not sure if my oven is defective or if it supposed to be like that. I've spent a lot of money on the thing that do not work for me.
