    Upgraded from a old hotpoint coil stove, only gripe is the lip on the bottom of the main panel is low so tall pots that are slightly larger than the cooking surface will be off center cause the bottom lip of the panel will be in the way

    The oven was terrible. The FIRST time we used it we boiled water for egg noodles. The top scratched UNDER the glass top. We returned the oven.

    Just got my GE electric range yesterday. The convection fan makes very unpleasant noise. It sounds like a diesel motor is running inside the oven. The cooking top panel wiggles when I press on it’s corner. The storage rack is a flimsy joke which bends on the left side. Will be returning it. Very unhappy with the purchase.

    This item was CANCELED without our knowledge. Nobody can tell us who cancelled it or why. It was to be delivered with our new washer and dryer which came without incident. The delivery crew did an excellent job and assisted in trying to find out why the range/oven was cancelled. They did not that a power cord for the range was to be delivered. I did contact our salesperson who was going to reorder the range and cord for us

    Broken and dangerous in less than 2 years

    I liked this range but its not even 2 years old and it has a significant and dangerous issue. One of the burners gets super hot no matter what the control is set to. There is no low or medium, just high. This is my first GE appliance and I'm super disappointed.

    Almost 2 years and it broke -turn the oven on and it made a pop noise and broke. 2 days before Christmas. What am I going to cook or bake with now. This is 2nd GE thing that Broke. So upset

    Totally unsatisfied with this product. It was installed with broken pieces and when we have called Geek Squad two days in a row we have been placed on hold for hours, told that people were going to call us back who never have. I am really sorry and regret making this purchase from Best Buy. I have wasted time and money.

    Very nice oven and ceramic stovetop. Really like the warmer plate on stovetop. This oven have regular bake mode, air fryer and conventional cooking. Give you self clean and steam clean options.

    Burner stopped working after 15 months

    After only 15 months of moderate use, I used the Steam Clean feature on the oven for the first time and the large burner suddenly stopped working as a result. I was just quoted $300 for this repair. This is extremely frustrating and upsetting. GE Customer Service was no help as the one year warranty is now expired. I highly regret this purchase.

    Scratch and chip on GE ceramic top in just 6 most

    Only 6 months old, the ceramic top already has a scratch and last night discovered a chip. I had a Kenmore ceramic top for over 20 years, since 2001 until I replaced with this GE and it was hauled away without a single scratch on the ceramic. What a disappointment.

      Hi there, and thanks for letting us know of your experience with this model. We truly hate to hear you’ve had an issue with a scratch and chip on the ceramic top of your range; we know anything that disrupts the appearance of your appliance would be inconvenient, and regret any disappointment you’ve experienced. While scratches can’t be removed, small scratches will often become less visible after cleaning. We advise making sure the surface of the cooktop is clean – course particles like salt, pepper, etc. might be trapped against the surface under a pan, causing scratches. Regularly using a ceramic cooktop cleaner will also help maintain the surface. We offer detailed instructions on how best to clean and maintain the unit starting on page 18 of the manual, with the section specifically about the glass surface on page 21. (The manual is available on our GE website by looking up the model number). We also recommend avoiding cookware with a rough bottom surface, and not sliding cookware across the surface, to help maintain the attractive appearance of the cooktop.     Works okay but when the electricity went out in a recent storm i had to go out and reset my electric panel. The old stove reset itself.

    I purchased this & requested delivery & installation. I was told I had to wait 3 weeks before it could be delivered. Delivery day comes & they LOST my stove, had no idea where it was. After calling for 2 days I'm told I have to reschedule for 10 more days.

    Had to cancel because the shipment delayed by a month. It turns out they didn't even have the stove in stock anywhere. What a joke. The product isn't even being produced anymore. Why would they even have it on display?

    The quality of the range is very sub par. When I used one of burners, a larger area around it would get hot. Plus the outside door panel would get hot. I felt this was very unsafe. Fortunately BestBuy let me return. Super customer service from managers at BestBuy!
