I love this range but the cook top chips and scratches. This is the only thing that makes this range disappointing

Good buy experience, easy and timely delivery. I Love the stove, all the different burner sizes are very useful. The oven heats up really fast and cooks evenly. Cleans up nicely. Have not hada chance to use the air fryer option yet, but soon. Very happy with the purchase

4.5; great range but the fan is somewhat noisy on the convection oven. .

I really like the new features this range offers me. The glass cooking top is new for me, but I like how much easier it is to keep clean. I'm still getting used to the new oven settings, but so far its wonderful!

This is a convection oven and should have come with 3 oven racks like my previous GE ovens have had.

Pleased with stove but dissatisfied with the communication by email and phone with Nathan Dudley.

Happy with this Range , it is easy to use and has a large oven space . Top is very beautiful and easy to scratch if not careful.

Stove is great, dilivery man showed us damage to stove and took picture to show best buy problem. Said either they would replace stove or take money off stove, haven't heard a wors about it yet????

mom really likes her new stove, A LOT to learn and get used to. She is nervous to use the frier, but we will do it soon!

So far I love my new stove , love the air fryer an conventional oven as well , this was the best purchase ever

Easy set up, but not give 5 stars because top cook very susceptible to stains.

I waited a month for this stove to get in stock. The stove got damage and burn the first week and looks old. GE send a new plate, and now it is just imposible to sleek with them. Stick to other brands.

Heats very fast, love the warmer burner, and that i can use it as a regular over or an air fryer.

This free standing electric range oven is wonderful. I love the convection bake, roast as well as the air frying features. The thing I don’t like is the cook top. The first week I got it and used it, the front burner got a white haze/film that cannot be removed. I got a replacement cooktop after one week of ownership and the new cooktop did the same thing on the same burner. There seems to be a defect in the material composition of the cooktop that is causing the discoloration. My new range looks like it is a few years old vs a few months old.I feel like this range was not cheap so it should not have this issue. I had the older model of this electric range for over 9 years that did not have this issue. The stove top in general seems to get dirty or smeared/discolored easily.

3 months in one burner went out but with the geek squad repair I was able to get it repaired

Love this stove. Only downside is the top can be a little difficult to clean due to the texture on top. Otherwise it’s perfect

The lady and the gentleman were awesome. I could not be more pleased with the range and the 2 that sold it to me. Just happy with whole process.their names are on my receipt. But do not have it at this time. They were just GREAT!!!

The glass burners are a joke. I read everything and got the type of pans they recommended and have been extremely careful and they are still scratching. I had glass tops on my old stove for 12 or more years and they never scratched. This is a ploy to get you to buy another stove.

Wish timer alarm were louder/different. Seems like a good range that I hope to get twenty years service.

It's been a few weeks, and so far so good. No complaints.
