The Baking feature is not what we were looking for. It is not baking evenly. We are having lot of issues with Airfry.

We truly hate to hear you’ve had an issue with food burning or baking unevenly when you use the Bake feature, and have had difficulty using the Air Fry feature. We know issues like those would be frustrating to deal with, and this isn’t the great ownership experience we want you to have. We’d like to assist. The Use and Care manual features information on the various Cooking Modes on page 15, as well as information on using Air Fry on page 17 – rack position, the controls and type of cookware can all be important for performance, so we hope that information is useful for you. There is also a Troubleshooting section starting on page 26 that might be useful for you. If you continue to have trouble, our Service Department is also available at 1-800-432-2737; a technician would be glad to examine the range. At least warranty repairs were good

Unfortunately, the drawer underneath is very flimsy, when emptied and out form under the range it bends under its own weight. The lateral walls are very thin. It also does not fit well in its space, I do not know if it is a defect of my purchased range or is a general thing. The glass surface is nice but very difficult to clean.

Called to have it replaced and they delivered another range that was all dented so we refused delivery. We are trying to return it and get another one. I have wasted hours of my time talking to different agents. I keep getting told the higher up office will email me with a solution within 36 hours-nope I had to call back and was told to wait another 24-48 hours.
