It is too early to tell the long term durability and quality of this stove, but my original impression is that the electronic panel with the push buttons seems a bit flimsy.

For a brand new stove we’ve had a few issues already. We’ve encountered issues such as being unable to navigate the buttons to change the temperature and our oven light being left on (without us manually turning it on).

Ordered my product on 12/30/24. Still don’t have it on January 15, so can’t review the range I purchased. Delivery process nightmare. Yes, bad weather been issue, but too many phone calls from delivery service people not at my home Best Buy. Automated system phone issues. Lack of communication. Was to have range and microwave rescheduled a second time for delivery yesterday. Delivery truck said to be stuck in snow an hour away from store and here. They could deliver microwave by car, which they did and installed. Geek squad guys were great. Apologetic, pleasant, and efficient. Said I’d receive a call about rescheduling delivery of stove. I called in this morning. Told range on backorder, so another week delay. Why backorder if there was one on the truck that was supposed to be delivered yesterday? Know weather is some factor here, but the delivery process stinks. Poor communication between store/delivery people/delivery concierge service.

Very rude and unprofessional delivery person. He left without delivering my stove and microwave. Will never buy a large appliance from Best Buy again.

Malfunctioning Keeps changing settings in temperature

Lengthy Delivery Delays

Stove is good. 3 month delay after being told they had them in stock in two nearby warehouses was very frustrating. Went from 1 week to over 3 month delivery. Best Buy needs to change the system. Overselling can be avoided .
