The drawer doesn't open and close smoothly, and after buying our own air fry basket ,I'm not impressed with that function. We don't have an air fryer. so it could just be that we don' t know what to expect.Everything works, and we really like the warming burner

For instance, we missed out on free delivery. And we were told it would be a while for the unit to arrive at the store and was there the next day. But the sale was was comparable (not actually 50% off, as other box stores offered at near the same price without the sale).
