Waited long enough

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Unable to review, it never came and was eventually informed by someone in customer service that they may not have it for a couple months. I had ordered it Labor Day weekend and was told it would be delivered and installed in a couple of weeks three separate times when I called. It was nice to have someone finally tell me the truth / be honest. I cancelled my order and purchased a similar item at a local shop; had it the next day.

But to tell you i spoke with 2 people from best buy and they both told me they extended my stove not to be cancelled. Well im very disappointed how best nuy has handled my issue. Will not be ordering from them again.

Modern and Beautful

The stove top is very adaptive to many pot sizes and heat is as selected. It is also easy to clean. I was shocked at how quickly the top gets hot, but it does cool down slowly. I would highly recommend this range.

I especially like the two front burners - smaller heat surface AND larger heat surface. And air fryer too? Its also an attractive addition to my black-accented kitchen.

Burners go bad after warranty
