    I bought one of these 8 months before and the cook top cracked. I got another one and thought I got the extended warranty just in case something happened and I did not shame on me. I got this one in January 2024 being careful with it and it cracked again from Corner to Corner. i did like the stove but hated that cook top did not last. GE would not cover it and it would have cost me about $800 to get it fixed. I went with a different brand and love it and yes just in case I got the extended warranty. I will not ever buy GE stoves again
