    The delivery person not careful enough since 8/30/23 my mother 87 year old unable to cook The stove not working on the left side another on come on 9/2/23 dent on the right side now she has to wait until the 9/20/23 for best by to deliver another one.

    DO NOT understand why they know they don't have the items instock but still accept the order from customer and then after the month past and then cancel the order??? NOT RECOMMEND BESTBUY.

    The top glass cracked and it stopped working after 8 months of use. And the top glass part only has 90-day warranty. I ended up having to buy a new one in less than a year. Will not buy GE again.
