    Very few instructions with this unit. There isn't a warming drawer like on the same gas model. Surface is hard to clean and keep clean.

    Had for only a month and the surface light that lets you know it’s hot burnt out. You saw a flash of light and heard it crackling when it happened.

    The top cracked 3 times, evey time they replace it for me it last couple of months only,I don’t recommend buying this one at all, it’s very slow as well.

    I love this range except I did not realize how delicate the ceramic glass cooktop is, requiring special cleaning and you HAVE to keep the bottom of the pots clean and spotless! Other than that I love how it cooks and does not overheat the kitchen and house!!

    I am a senior and found the stove top difficult to keep clean, and thats why i chose this type....cant just wipe off with a soapy wash cloth because it smears terribly...had to goggle an easy way to clean...cooks nicely, nice large oven and drawer for everyday pots and pans

    The stove was easy to install and appears to work just fine. After several weeks I noticed that the 'Hot Cooktop' warning light wasn't working though. Raising the top I found that one of the connectors was detached from the light and had fused onto the tin shrouding. I'll attempt to contact GE for a replacement light tomorrow. Truthfully, I'm not real happy about working on a new appliance.
