The delivery was quick the guys were polite. The oven has worked good since we got it in January. No issues this far!

Well now that it’s working I’ve been satisfied. The Geek squad did something wrong with the ground wire on installation and the 2nd tech caught the error when replacing the digital board didn’t fix the issue.

Super slick, definitely worth the price you pay. Everything works very well.

This is my first glass top range. It took a couple of days to get use to cooking on top of the range. I do most of the cooking and loves it. The only draw back is keeping it clean. My family treats it like a counter top.

GE products are an excellent value. According to their website, each product is 70-90% made in the US (I assume some components are made overseas), so that was also a determining factor. We used GeekSquad's delivery and installation service and that was very professional and timely.

The stainless steel body and curved handles match the other GE appliances I bought giving my kitchen a coordinated look. I love the black smooth cooktop for cooking. I only wish it had more stainless steel on the front and less black. Great price.

My old (Roper!) stove finally conked out. Rushed online to find an affordable stovetop by a reputable brand. Happy with my GE, thus far. It works seamlessly and the stovetop is easy to clean. I'm a little weary of the digital pad - hoping the buttons will last over time. Otherwise, happy with it!

I am not a big fan of electric stoves, but this one is working out pretty good for me. I am a bit sloppy when cooking and have burned on food on the cook surface, which is challenging to clean. I found some good cleaner at Home Depot that works well (Weimer) and use a razor blade. While cleaning the top of the door, some cleaner dripped down between the layers of glass and I don't want to take the whole thing apart to clean that, so I'm upset that it has a drip coming down in between the front glass pieces. The stove and oven both function well and I'm a little bit better at preparing meals now that I have this range.

So when I moved into a new house, the range had buttons close to the front where my 2 year old would always walk up and try to play with, so we decided it was time to replace it, and this was a great choice, definitely loving it.

I would recommend this to a friend. Well made and the drawer at the bottom is finished unlike the Amana’s which had sharp edges and the oven on the Amana was noisy. Still getting use to the burners but overall a great product.

Only had for a month but so far so good. Doesn’t slide as close to the wall as my previous oven but that’s ok

A light in range came loose and shorted out the 3rd week of use.Threw breaker.Service called and repaired and ordered new light.

The product itself is simple and works well so far Unfortunately the 1st attempt at delivery, the stove had been severely dented. The additional phone conversations to schedule a replacement were more than frustrating and left me without a stove for the Christmas holiday season and baking. Even though the stove was purchased on the Sat after Thanksgiving. So far would actually give a 5 on the product but 1 on best buy corporate service leaving a 3 for the combination

Good stove/ oven. Bakes well and even. Only complaint would be that the area where the controls are has a lip that sticks out so that only small pans can be put on the back burners.
