Trying to get assistance and nothing has been done yet!

This one scratches easily and I have only had it for a month. Use the recommended pans so I do not understand why it scratches. Like the stove otherwise.

I purchased it in 2017 and already the 2 front burners do not work. Of course the warranty is up. I am very disappointed in GE and will NEVER purchase another of their products. An appliance should last longer than 3 years.
