My previous,not so old, range was beginning to malfunction and repairs were not on my to do list. Inventory for major appliances, especially electric, was almost nonexistent. After an extensive online review of some major brands and comparison of features, I selected this GE range. I had to order it several months in advance, and after a delay I finally received it a year ago. I so no like the Smart features, especially the oven. I had to set up the smart features even to set the clock. I can’t afford to replace this one-year old appliance, or I would get rid of it and get a stove that doesn’t have to be connected to the internet. This purchase was a huge mistake that I’m stuck with.

The stove and oven is fine. Still learning how to use it. The delivery men were excellent, very professional and knew what they were doing. And the customer service from the phone calls to my store visit was nothing but the best. I have used Best Buy in the past and certainly will use your store in the future. Thank You.

I have spent hours trying to get this resolved. Am waiting for the insurance claim adjuster to come out; and waiting since 2/22 for the oven to be replaced.

The oven cannot be used because of a strong and overwhelming chemical smell in and out of cleaning mode. We are waiting for a replacement unit this month The burners worked fine
