    I can’t get the oven clean. The steam clean is a joke.

      The steam clean on this model is meant for small spills using water and a lower cleaning temperature instead of heating up your entire house with a self-clean cycle. The model also has the EasyWash oven tray that can go right into your dishwasher. Please review page 28 in your manual for details. We don't typically recommend using commercial cleaners but if you feel it is needed you can choose one that is made for use in standard clean ovens and follow the label instructions. Apply the cleaner, be sure to wear rubber gloves and wipe lightly on stubborn stains and rinse well. Be sure to wipe off any oven cleaner.     I havent make a payment and the stove is damaged because is stained I Called GE they told me to call worse buy, i meant best buy

    Never happened. After waiting 6 days they cancelled the delivery and couldn’t deliver for another 10 days. So we cancelled the stove.

    We ordered this stove on November 16,2024 with an install in February. After repeated changes to the install date by BestBuy we find out the stove is delayed by GE. As It turns out BestBuy never had the stove in inventory (even though they said it was in stock when we ordered the stove). After repeated emails & phone calls and install date changes. We cancelled the order 2/24/25 Apparently BestBuy has no problem leaving a customer without a stove for 3 months and charging my credit card in February for a stove that did not exist. Very poor customer service.

    I’d say ZERO if I could. The cooktop DOES NOT clean up well. THE FRONT BURNER ON LOW OVERHEATED TO HIGH & BURNT EVERYTHING! Never buy a GE RANGE.

      We are very sorry to hear you are unhappy with your new range. This is a beautiful model, and we want you to love it. We recommend cleaning the cooktop with Cerama Bryte cleaner. You'll want to wipe the cooktop with a small amount of the cleaner. Doing this will give it a protective coating. Note: If you have any burned-on foods, they should be removed with a razor scraper and a blue 3M sponge. These instructions can be found on page 23 in the manual. Considering you are having this issue with the front burner overheating, we recommend taking advantage of your warranty and reaching out to Bodewell service by calling 1-833-426-3393. Thank you!     Never got it found out afterwards that it was on back order. Manager of Best Buy was worthless. Went to Lowe’s and bought for less money and delivered 2 days later

    No refund given for the insurance. Incompetant installers. After no installation given, we returned the oven. Refund came only for the oven.

    This oven is beyond my expectations. All of the built in capabilities function perfectly. Having the Wi-Fi has been great, receiving the status of the oven via alerts is a real game changer if you cook a lot. This GE (Great Engineering) is technology to the max. I highly recommend this oven to anyone that desires quality at an unbelievable price.

    I originally purchased an insignia and within the year, the large burner malfunctioned and I was able to get a refund on my money. I liked the features of the insignia so I found this general electric stove and I love it. I love that the bottom tray can come out to clean. It’s more sturdy than the insignia Best Buy is a good place to shop.

    Something went wrong

    Unfortunately, the GE stove I purchased came defective. Nothing to do with Best Buy's service, Just a manufacturing defect as the oven wouldn't work while the heating elements worked fine. Best Buy was very quick to arrange an identical replacement within 2 weeks and wouldn't you know, the replacement had the same identical oven defect; would not operate
