i love the cooktop but the oven doesn't work right at all Very disappointing

I commend Best Buy for their customer service. This was my Wifes first choice, but I thought upgrading to convection was the way to go. She wasn't happy at all. Eventually we went back and Yuri worked out the replacement WITHOUT A HITCH!! This oven can be adjusted temperature wise. Our oven was 35 degrees cooler than it was set at. You can go into settings and adjust to correct temperature. How awesome is that??

It works great... fits our space and is easy to keep clean. We got a very good deal (price-wise) because it was a floor model/open box, or something like that...

I purchased this stove about 10 months ago. I like the double burner option . Also like the slide in model for convenience making control knobs more accessible.

My Electic Range Model JS645ELES was delivered July 26, 2021. I have not had any problems with the cooktop. In fact, I am very pleased with the cooktop. The very first time I used the oven, the bottom heating element caught on fire. I turned the oven off and it slowly burned out. I started the oven again and set the oven to 325 degrees. I was attempting to bake a pound cake for my Dad's Birthday party. When the timer went off after 1 hour and 20 minutes, the cake had not baked on the inside. The cake stayed in the oven for 2 1/2 hours and the cake never baked on the inside. I finally realized that the bottom heating element was not heating. I was very frustrated as this was my Dad's 85th birthday, I have a brand new stove that had never been used and now a party without a cake. I did call GE on Monday and it is covered under warranty; however, getting a service technician is scheduled out over a week. Just very disappointed in spending 1K on an oven that doesn't work the first time I use it.

Would be nice to use it since I don't have a cord to plug it in.

this is a great looking stove, the slate matches with my other appliances that I've gotten from best buy! Perfect!

Item great delivery and chat lines simply awful I wasted my whole day waiting around for a delivery and each time i went to the online chat I was told something different as to where my item was. Also promised several times that I would receive compensation and that also never materialized. In the end I drove back to the Plano store where it had been purchased while my daughter waited on the line for a manager who told her they could not reschedule for several days. In store my original sales person Jasmin was able to expedite the delivery to the next day

The dishwasher seems to work very well. My only complaint is that you have to go on line to see the manual. I would have preferred a copy which is easier to access in a hurry rather than to go on the computer. I understand they are trying to save paper but it is unusual as all the other appliances came with one.

Does not go up against the wall. Big gap for things to fall behind.

Not even 2 weeks and something is wrong with my new stove. When strong my oven to bake it comes up with an error F350 don’t know what that means so after I continue to reset and reset to try and set my oven the digital panel goes blank and the starts all over again with the error code

I have long had an in-counter cooktop and a small wall oven. Irma did enough damage in my kitchen that both needed to be replaced. I am thrilled with this purchase!!

Great for older people that don’t want a computer system! I bought for my dad and he likes the simplicity.

Bought this in July, 5 weeks later, top burner failed, and oven wouldn't heat up. Best-Buy has a 14-day return policy <= will never buy an appliance from Best-Buy again. This is a joke. Best-Buy made it my problem to work with GE on repairs. Waited 6 weeks for parts, no oven for weeks. Finally it was repaired. Let's see how long this oven will last.

I purchased this product for my aunt. This appliance meets her needs. The unit is a perfect size for her kitchen and she loves the placement of the controls for safety.

When I turned it on, it makes loud noise. I asked GE technician to come and repair 3 times, but they told me it's normal. But I've never seen any range makes noise like this. I purchased the range before the kitchen remodel. My contractor couldn't finish remodeling, I couldn't return it.... Very disappointed.
