Only minor problem is the controls being on top and sensitive—easy to inadvertently change the clock time, for example.

Bought to replace an older model slide in, this one doesnt have the same dimensions on top to cover the gap in the counter like the old one did. Still unsure how to remedy that.

Customer Service is a top notch and why a rated 5 Stars this is why I will purchase appliances and electronics from Best Buy.

And it did not disappoint. I considered a "fancier" convection oven/air fryer model but read several mediocre reviews. So, I stuck to the basics and I love it. It looks amazing and the knobs and digital screen in the front makes all the difference.

The rapid boiling option comes on 2 burners and it cuts boiling time pretty much in half. The only thing I wish it had was more options on all the dials as far as heat settings. Sometimes it is difficult to get it just right. Overall great oven for the price I paid!
