    Installers were excellent. Sales representatives were polite but forgot to mention a few items like stove trim for slide in stove. I needed stove for Thanksgiving and had no time to return and reorder. Now I have to figure out the stove trim. This should have been disclosed or at least asked if I knew about this during the sale.

    Love my new stove. Oven works great. I like that it doesn’t have a high back. The controls for oven on on the front with the other controls. It looks great in my kitchen. Only disappointment is it has a dint and a scratch. But I’m getting it exchanged. Best Buy really takes good care of their customers..

    Bought this stove as replacement for Maytag stove I had 19 years where my husband replaced the igniter 3 times. Hoping this stove works better & lasts longer. Reviews I read before purchasing were a deciding factor in my decision along with price. Only drawback so far is I now have to do a tile backsplash behind the stove. I do miss the time display on the back of my old stove.

    Very pleased with the range but would like an all knob range instead of one with electronic board which is hard to push, otherwise everything is really good on tis. My fist gas stove, and I love it so much more than electric, especially the top burners. But even the oven cooks moe evenly and faster.

    Bought this for my mom to replace an old GE-Profile range. Fit perfectly and had just what she needed. BB even got it to her in time to bake her Christmas Cookies! Oven has a nice even temperature and the burners are great. Not sure how much the griddle will get used, may have to pick up a center grate.
