I finally had a chance to troubleshoot it and found that the problem is traced back to the main control board relay, a $1000 replacement. Nope, we'll live without an oven light before we'll throw good money after bad. I recommend finding another, more dependable manufacturer.

Primary feature (griddle) is super disappointing
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this for the griddle and at first it was amazing but very quickly the non stick surface flaked away and it's no almost impossible to cook anything without it sticking to the surface. The aluminum griddle just kinda sucks after the first month. Seriously thinking of replacing it with cast iron or stainless steel that I'll make myself. For someone that love cooking I should have researched better, but it was on sale and I took a chance.

I have tried several times to clean to no avail. Also uneven baking. Heating isn’t even. The griddle I thought would be a great feature but it gets dirty from the use of the other burners and is difficult to clean. Wish I had purchased a different range.
