Was so excited for this oven and it is sooo beautiful. BUT it is so cheaply made I’m very disappointed. The grates scratch so easily along with the middle griddle scratches too. And the knob all the sudden has a piece missing. And I’m super careful with this and take such good care of it. Little things but definitely upsetting

Only buy if you are ready/willing to clean it all the time. Stainless is not fingerprint resistant at all. The oven panel looks terrible like it is bubbling at the edges. I’m so disappointed with this expensive thing. There is also no track for the warmer drawer so it just loosely sits on 2 thin metal strips. Cooks well for the whole week and a half I’ve had it though.

My experience with this purchase was seamless. The stove is gorgeous & works really well. My delivery was easy, the guys were professional & knew their stuff. I would definitely recommend this item & Best Buy to my friends and family.

I love my new GE stove. The front panel is easy to use. I was worried about spill and spatter on the front panel but is wipes up easy.

I was so excited for this range (my first new range since 2006!) and have had excellent experience with GE slide-in ranges in the past. HOWEVER...it's been a huge disappointment overall. Pros: Wifi enabled - it's convenient to change temp from your phone and get Apple Watch notifications when your preheat or timers are done (especially since the stove's "beep" is barely audible from other rooms) Clean stainless look Heavy duty knobs Self-cleaning Gas burners provide precise control "Cook Time" feature turns oven off after set time Cons: Doesn't come with center grill, only griddle Doesn't come with air fryer basket Air fryer subpar - aren't these supposed to cook faster and crispier than the oven? This does not. Timer alert sound is terrible No side "aprons" that overhang the counter anymore (PLEASE bring these back to prevent spills and provide cleaner look) Perhaps worst of all is the unreliable cooking on Convection Bake. I've been baking for 25+ years. I know that every stove is different. But after the 'getting to know you' period, you should be able to count on your stove and know what ideal temp/time combination to make your basics like cookies and brownies at. Well not this stove. I had chocolate chip cookies take almost 20 mins per sheet at 375 (NOT normal). After that, I put an over thermometer in. Temp trended about 50-75 degrees low most of the time. I called for service since it was still under warranty and the tech replaced the oven thermostat and control panel. That was 6 weeks ago. I just made brownies yesterday. Put the pan in when the oven said it was at 350, set the timer for 30 mins and walked away. Door wasn't opened at all during that time. When the timer went off, my brownies were still soup and internal thermometer read about 180 (see pics). Turned oven off and back on Bake, and suddenly the display acknowledges that the oven is 177. Bake feature worked fine to finish the brownies. I'm now out of warranty so the next stop for this thing will be Facebook Marketplace. I would not buy this unit again and would have friends steer clear of it.

I haven't had the chance to use all the features. So far its operating much better than my former GE range. I have two complaints. My first complaint is that the manufacturer did not account for the gas inlet valve. So, now my range has a 2 inch gap between the range and the wall. Very sloppy design. Had I known that there was this flaw in the design I never would have purchased it. Now, I have to hire a carpenter to build a gap filler or a plumber to put in a new valve inside the wall.

So far, we are very happy with this stove. I have not used the airfryer or cleaning options yet, but the stovetop and oven work very well.

Love the functionality… however disappointed at the quality cosmetically. Less than two years old and the display is cracking.

This is an amazing stove! My”old” stove was only 3 years old, and I couldn’t deal with it any longer… this one is perfect!

I am very pleased with this range. It seems to have more space on top than my last one. The oven temperature seems to be perfect with cakes baking with no adjustments. We purchased the middle grate and are pleased with that as well. Great purchase!

I honestly dont like this stove. It does what it needs to do but It seems flimsy and not the best quality. (However this is a huge downgrade from the Bosch I had previously which I couldn’t afford to buy again so maybe I’m just a little bitter on the subject) ;(

Set up and install was easy. Delivery people did a good job of parking it where I wanted it. I wanted the air fryer option which I am learning to use. Actually a good way to cook a number of things. Oven seems to hold pretty consistent temperature, great for bread making. It fit exactly into the space of the old electric. Finally I think it simply just looks very nice in my kitchen.

We really like the efficiency and the design off stove... but would advise anyone to pick the darker version or no fingerprint stlye.. you have to clear stainless steel after each useage especially if you fry something that has or youbhave to use grease. Like bacon of french fries

Looks great! Love the air fryer it s my new favorite way to cook. I still have to get used to the temperatures and timing, but I really like this new stove. The quality of some of the components like the draw below is helpful with plastic parts as opposed to my last GE which was metal. I got this at a deep discount and it is worth a lot for what I paid.

I like the stainless steel top. Air fryers works better than other brands. We changed the stove 4 times and we finally settled with this one. Oven is huge and the stove top has a lot of room for big pots. Love it.
