Like the title says: this is a solid blender that packs a punch and is a handsome one at that. The stainless steel looks good on my countertop. The cord keeping mechanism helps to reduce the visual clutter as well. The suction cups helps to make the system be stable. Yes, it is not glass but that does not make it feel cheap at all. And it packs a punch: I have thrown everything at it and it has worked like a champ. It cuts and chops veggies and smashes ice with aplomb. The design of the blades somehow makes cleaning a lot easier. Kudos to the designers for this as cleaning after using can become too irritating at the end of a long day. Quick advice: if you have never used a powerful blender like this then work your way up the speed ramp. I will highly recommend this to everybody.

I'm starting to try and lose weight again and of course I'm making protein shakes. This blends it up very nicely very quickly and very fast. The only flaw and I don't really consider it a flaw just don't use too much ice. Doesn't cut it up as much as you'd like but as long as I didn't use too much ice it cuts it up just fine. Highly recommend.

My new GE 5 speed stainless steal blender 72oz, has been Awesome!!! 1st I love the compact size doesn’t take up much space & the suction cups on the bottom they are very strong no worries when waking away to get something you forgot to throw in your smoothie that it gonna slip off the counter. It has a BPA free canister strong & sturdy feeling doesn’t feel cheap at all, I’m use to always having glass. It has a powerful 1000 watts of power & it shows it, crushed ice for my smoothies with no problems, has a one knob speed control chrome colored to match the stainless steal body. I made salsa bleeds everything down fast & easy cleaning.

I replaced a very old blender with this GE and wow, I didn’t realize what I’ve been missing! This blender cut my smoothly making time in half. It’s powerful and crushes ice/frozen fruit in seconds! The final product is a very fine, smooth blend-no chunks! I love how it looks on my countertop and doesn’t take up much space. The simple switches makes it user friendly and it’s fairly quiet when in use. Clean up is easy too!

Not too loud and has simple basic buttons. Didn't perform too good with frozen fruit. I'm glad it does have an auto off function to prevent the motor from being burnt out. Not having frozen fruit isn't a deal breaker for me.
