Had to return, the one they gave me did not include the smaller cups just the big one. Don’t know if the manufacturer changed the deal.

Complex to operate. Nice looking and big enough cup. Just that it has its own mind to work

So we go through a lot of blenders. Between health drinks, smoothies, food prep... We have had a few. This one has been great. We love the CUP sizes, they are wider then most, and shorter, and not tapered as much... which has been making smoothies with frozen fruit much easer. The main blender, the only negative for me, is that the blade isn't removable for cleaning. I understand why, but I also wonder if I am getting under the blade totally clean. The functionality of the blender is easy... plug in, set your speed, and hit the ON button for a couple seconds and it will start. Pulse is what it sounds like a quick pulse at the selected speed. We did have some problems, with it being a little under powered for frozen fruits... they were getting wedged under the blade, but when removed over to the cups (instead of the larger container), that was resolved. Easy lid to get on and off, and no fancy "detection" mechanism... so be careful, as if you don't put it on right, you may have a mess on your hands. Lastly, the crisp Stainless is nice... not a lot of black, and just eye popping stainless steel.

The blender blade jams consistently when using ice.

After 15 to 20 uses, the jar does not fit into motor/machine anymore

I have no idea why but it is slow and doesnt blend until I turn it on full power. Then the lights in my kitchen go out. I plan on trying to return it.

I would give million negative stars the product is of poor quality- for the 2nd use - the motor started burning

We were looking to buy a blender from GE due to the quality products they make and pleased with the results of GE products. We got GE - 5-Speed 72-Oz. Blender with Blender Cups - Stainless Steel. It came with Blender, 72 oz. Pitcher and two 16-Oz. Blender Cups. Setup is relatively easy and the 72-oz. pitcher allows us to make smoothies and drinks for larger groups at a party. All of our guests enjoyed the taste of smoothie that came from this blender. The 12 pre-set Auto-iQ smart programs allow to infuse and unlock flavors with heat to make spa waters, craft cocktails, mixers, and more. The 5-speed setting is really a nice feature. The Stainless Steel finish blender perfectly complements our kitchen stainless steel appliances. The 1000W motor easily liquefies solid ingredients, quickly creating purees and juices with smooth, even consistencies. It is dishwasher-safe and it is very easy to clean as well. The blender is very quiet during operation. I like the Convenient Cord Storage feature which allows the kitchen counter free of clutter with convenient built-in power cord storage in the blender. It comes with a 1-year manufacturer warranty. We have been using this blender very frequently and it is definitely a great addition to our kitchen. It is another great product from GE and I highly recommend this product.

This GE blender breaks the mold of boring looking kitchen appliances with an attractive, stainless steel finish that “blends” in nicely to any kitchen. I quite like how the design maximizes the footprint to get the most volume with the main blending container. It’s not as tapered as some other blenders, so overall, it takes up less space. There’s really nothing to operating this blender - it’s incredibly easy to use. There’s a start and stop button and then a button for pulsing. You control the speed with an adjustable knob that has 5 settings. The main container feels sturdy and well built. They advertise this as a 72 ounce blender but just keep in mind that the maximum liquid that they recommend is 64 ounces, so I thought that was a little odd. To attach the container to the base, you rotate it and you’ll notice a subtle click, then it’s securely in place. The lid is very secure and has a rubber gasket so no liquids seep out. The top of the lid has two removable sections - one with 3 small holes and then a larger one for larger objects. The base also has a nice touch with rubber suction cups that secure it to a smooth kitchen counter. Great blender and I’m super happy with it!

Nifty blender and I liked the extra cup and looks of it but not enough power to me. I went with a ninja instead.

Small cups are difficult to operate and close Liquid spills everywhere

The motor started smoking only 2 months after purchase.

If you're looking for a simple blender that not only looks great, but works as needed, this is a great bet. Since opening this blender about 1.5 weeks ago, I've been able to make a couple of smoothies with frozen berries, salsa, and even blended iced coffee (give it a try, it'll change your life!). In all of the above use cases, the GE Blender worked out well. Operating the blender is straight forward with power and pulse toggles, as well as a intensity radio dial. It comes with a large pitcher along with two smaller "personal cups." The Personal cups are perfect for individual smoothies and blended iced coffee. The large pitcher is great for larger volume blends. What more can I say about a blender that does what it's supposed to. The quality is great and I'm sure it will stand the test of time.

Stop work so fast poor quality! Gonna try another brand

So I received my GE Blender a little over a week ago and this couldn't have come at a better time. Received just in time for all of the blended holidays drinks I can think of. Inside the box comes the motorized base, the 72-ounce pitcher with lid, and 2 additional blender go-cups with lids, and a blender go-cup blade attachment. Also included is the user documentation. It's really simple and easy to use as with most blenders. The base has an On/Off button and a Pulse button. Just below those 2 buttons is the Control Knob which goes from 0 to 5. Having received this blender right before Thanksgiving, we were able to serve up some wonderful "holiday cheer," in the form of smoothies and frozen margaritas. With having a 72 ounce pitcher, you can whip up some great drinks for everyone to enjoy or simply use the smaller blender cups for yourself and someone else. Ready to throw some cocktails together, simply add of the required ingredients to the pitcher (frozen strawberries, watermelon, pineapples, etc.) add ice, and your juices/alcohol of choice and start blending. The blender also does an amazing job at blending up ice cream for those perfect milkshakes or smoothies as well. We've not used this blender for anything else yet, but I'm pretty sure the powerful blades will make amazing soups and salsas which is a lot easier than making these items by hand. GE did a really good job with the build quality of this blender. I mean I've used a number of blenders; most of which were made very cheaply. So far I've not had any leaks from the blade attachments or lids. The blender is very sturdy and sleek looking and goes well with the current aesthetic of our kitchen. Strong and very solid to keep in place without worry of sliding around on the counter. I would recommend this GE Blender with Blender Go-Cups to anyone looking for a good blender.

When you demand a blender that looks as great as it functions, you won’t find a better on than the Stainless Steel GE! The cup is huge so you can mix up a ton of margaritas at once, but the smaller cups included are also great for our morning smoothies! By far the best looking blender we’ve owned, and it compliments the rest of our kitchen too!
