Compressor Failed in 30 Days

GE agreed to replace it at their expense, however their warranty is only 9 months for the second unit. If the new one fails in 10 months, it will be a total loss for me. Their quality control must be very bad. I cannot recommend this dehumidifier.

I have replaced each one twice already. First year its great… second year maybe. Never got 3 years out of any of them. Huge disappointment on longevity. Too bad. Because its nice looking too. Im done.

E6 is a killer and seems to be far too common
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought in May 2024, got repeat "E6" on August 30, 2024. From other comments it looks like it cannot be repaired. My previous dehumidifier lasted 3yrs. Thankfully I purchased an extended warranty.
