Did anybody have issues with the condensation water getting stuck in the middle of the unit and fan blowing it everywhere? I installed it at a angle and little higher on heavier side but still getting the water build up with the drain plug pulled off. Might need to return it. I was really looking forward for a great experience :( also had a couple of dents in the coil side out the box.

Cools rooms quickly. Remote control is great & easy to use. Best Buy had lowest price for this size a/c of 12,000 BTU. GE makes very reliable products. So happy with my purchase!

My old one wasn't really cooling the office. Purchased another one and that one barely kept it cool. This one does the job. Remote is basically useless because you can not see the controls on the ac because the LED is so dim. Its best to just go to the AC and change the settings manually OR use the APP. The app is simple and easy to use and set up

Its a freezer not an AC

Right away I went & bought him this one as it was the only brand available in stores, ran back & installed it. My father says it works like a charm & keeps his apt frozen... which is good given he's elderly! It would have never been my 1st choice as im a Honeywell, LG customer for their superior ac's but so far so good but im glad he likes it & that this item was available that day...

But adjustable for comfort worth the money. This cools up a medium room but in my case it cools up my entire apartment!! Very good AC with remote!
