Needed the most BTUs for a normal 15A outlet window AC. This unit was available and met my needs. Setup was easy and I'm happy withy choice. Decently quiet for a window unit too.

I am happy because I was able to find a large btu unit that fit my smaller window and cool a larger area. It fit like a glove and the unit has worked well during the summer.

Bought this as interim cooler until I could fix my central air unit. But it has done such a great job I'm just going to go with it! Saving money on my electric bill as well.

This is an excellent machine that cools the air while not being too loud. Easy to install with excellent wifi features and phone app connectivity.

Hey everyone! So I first purchased this AC about a month ago, unfortunately the first one I got the WiFi didn't work at all the light would not go on. Also the medium and high setting was the same speed so something was up with that too. Other then those error's it seems like a great AC so I chose to get a replacement. Also right before replacing their was a discount going on for this so I got about 60$ back in a price match which was great! Now about 2 weeks ago I brought my unit back to Bestbuy and they had about 30+ of these in stock at the store. So getting a replacement was super easy. I got home and plugged in the new one before putting it into the window and the features seemed to work perfect this time. About a week and a half into having the new one I have to say its amazing! I have about a 650sq room so a bit over the rated amount, I also have a open staircase leading into my room. Even with both of those it still cools it down perfect! I usually put the AC onto 70 temp and medium setting or sometimes put it on high then lower it to the low setting once its nice and cooled down. Within minutes I start to feel alot better in my room. The features with my replacement model work great! All 3 fan speed modes work as intended, also the WiFi is such an amazing feature! I'm able to get so much information on the app. Make sure to follow the instructions because it can be a little tricky at first. But once installed it tells you the health of the AC, and lets you set the speed and mode. Another really cool thing is I can use this with Alexa to turn it off when I'm in bed at night. It lets me turn it off and on, and also change all the setting's. The Alex does require you to say "Hey Alex, Tell Geneva" but even with that it still works great. Last I'd like to say about the WiFi is you can even turn it on when your far from home! Some how even when your not connected to your home WiFi on your way home from work which is soo nice to have to cool down the room for when your back. Overal this is an amazing unit that I hope last me a good few years without issues. I'm very glad I got a replacement unit and it worked out all good. If your having any problems with your unit get a replacement before returning it you will be happy! Hope this helps :)

I live on the 3rd floor with only a couple small windows. I tried other AC units and ended up returning them because nothing was cooling my apartment. This one does the trick! Keeps my whole apartment nice and cold. Comes with a remote and different settings too. Highly recommend!
