Would be kinda hesitant to bring hoes back to my crib because it would be hot as balls but once I got this bad boy my place turned into a pimp palace. Shorties wanted to be under my covers allll day. no cap.

Love this air conditioner! Easily cools my living areas. A life saver during heat waves. Also love that it has a remote control.

I thought that GE would make a quality appliance, and from an operational side it's good. Really enjoy the remote and phone app. But the downside is that it's loud. Look up the decibel level on it. The only way to sleep is with eat plugs, so not using it for what I really needed - a cool bedroom. But I do turn it on to get ready.

Excellent AC. I gets my sun room, living room and kitchen cold! Makes me feel like i have central air. My only complaint is that only one person can be connected to smart home app. Which sucks and my reason for not giving it 5 stars. If you don't mind this issue get this AC its well worth the price.

I live on the 3rd floor with only a couple small windows. I tried other AC units and ended up returning them because nothing was cooling my apartment. This one does the trick! Keeps my whole apartment nice and cold. Comes with a remote and different settings too. Highly recommend!

Great A/C cools more area than I expected and super easy to install

It's a nice machine. Doesn't run too loud and works efficiently on a low setting to keep the dining room and living room in my home cool. On hotter days, we can boost it to High and it really cools things down! Would be nice if you could have some alternative positions for the vents, but they work well pointed to the ceiling and cool things off.

Great air conditioning really cost efficient highly recommended

I put this unit in a 500 square foot garage and it has been preforming very well. Install was a breeze with all necessary parts. Well worth it, even on 90+ degree days it doesn't run constantly and keeps the space very comfortable. The only complaint would be in eco mode it seems as it doesn't resume until temperature is about 4 to 5 degrees above target.

We had an earlier model GE smart AC window unit. It only lasted two years and quit working. It was also louder, and the smart interface was less intuitive. This unit is so much better. It is quieter, and cools very efficiently. It does a better job that you would expect from a 12000 BTU. We've now had it for three months and are very happy so far.

Cheap and and very powerful. We replaced our last year purchased portable units that cost 3 x more. this works better and we cut our electric bill in half. Summer is over and they have been no hassle. My only complaint is outside noise comes thru very easy. We live downtown and the outside noise is noticeably leaking thru. We wanted mini splits but the cost benefit for install wasn’t there. saved us lots of money on utility bills and lack of professional installation needed.

We got this for greater power and thought it would be quieter as our old one was sooooo old. The smart capabilities are nice. The thermostat option just completely doesn’t work. It constantly thinks the room is 7-10 degrees colder than it is.

Wow! This window AC is incredible. As hot as it gets here in Texas, my house needed some help from the heat. I installed this AC on the west side of my house, which faces the afternoon/evening sun and it is usually 5-6 degrees higher than the rest of the house. As a result, the central AC is running constantly. It keeps the west side of the house several degrees cooler than before. I wish I had bought this a long time ago. It also requires two people to lift it and for safety.

This Ac was super easy to install as you can imagine. It was available for pickup the day after I ordered it. It has an easy to use remote and tells me when to clean the filter. Its doing its job so far.

Cooled a metal shop in Florida all summer! Amazingly economical and fantastic unit. Recommend this for sure!

Bought this for my parents living room and was a little afraid it wouldn’t cool the room since it’s not the largest option. Thankfully that was not the case… it has been keeping the living room very fresh in this hot summer weather. Do calculate your dimensions to help decide on which product size is more convenient for your home. Overall very happy for the quality of this product.
