Best A/C I’ve ever had

The only con: is that is not made for larger windows, I have a 48” window and had to use some plywood to fill

good but was sold a defective model

Would give the air conditioner 5 stars but I was originally shipped a defective model that caused an immense burden. After installing the air conditioner, I realized that the wifi button was not working at all. I had to uninstall, carry the equipment back to best buy, get a replacement, and then reinstall. Beware of a defective model before installing.

It cooled great so I used it for a year. I got no hassle when I turned in the unit to be warranty claimed. My replacement was UPS shipped to my door. Thanks Best Buy

Small compared to my older one which the fan quit, but surprisingly just as powerful. I'm having a great experience. I would recommend this AC based on how well it works.

Pretty good AC

The ac actually cools off the whole upstairs of my home. The one thing that I would fix is the constant water that sits in the vent of the ac. Also there was a problem with connecting to the ge wifi app.
