Owned for 2 weeks, easy to install, used only 2X since temperatures have drastically cooled. But unit appears to be in good working condition. Cannot give 5 stars since I have not used a/c steadily.

We had help to put it through the window. It cool the half of the house. We are going to purchase for the other half of the house.

I never use A/C on second floor while I am working at my office for a number of years until Covid 19 - we have to stay at home instead of going to office. That's why I have to have two A/Cs here. I realize that it is nice cool, not hot/humid.. I am glad I did. :-).

It keeps my kitchen and living room very comfortable. Plus it cools down my 3 bedrooms too. I live in an older modular home with no real hallways.

Wifi connected easy too. The noise though, recorded at over 70db on High. First one developed a strange clanking sound within the first few days, the second one 2 weeks later. I loved how well it cooled and I'd have put up with the sound too if it wasnt for the additional issue. Had to return these sadly, and got the LG ones. 100 bucks more but so much smoother.
