Does a very good job of cooling of an entire upstairs master bedroom suite with high ceilings and a gaming computer. This room gets all the heat from the house and this is much better at cooling things down than the 8000 BTU unit it replaced. Yes the fans are very loud but what do you expect for a unit of this size? The filter cleaning warning every 250 hours is a nice touch.

Installed it at almost end of season Soni didn't set up the wifi yet, but this AC got my house cold. I also have a small one in my room, and it's installed at the other side of the house where this is installed, and during the day, I don't really need to turn it on. I just use it at night and close the door bc I love it cold. Very happy with my purchase.

This is 4th A/C I bought for my family. This GE is not that good, compare to the LG I had earlier. This is quite noisy at night, but overall it delivered. Hope the price can be cheaper for its quality.

I've had this unit for about 3 weeks now and I'm very impressed. It keeps my kitchen and living room very comfortable. Plus it cools down my 3 bedrooms too. I live in an older modular home with no real hallways.

STOP BUYING GENERIC AIR CONDITIONERS ! GE has the best a/c units for sale I know it’s kinda pricey compared to similar models but it’s for a reason quality ! Made my whole kitchen /dining room/ living room freezing in minutes and I live in a huge house so it definitely has power if I could I’d buy it again

The air conditioner works well on the second floor of my cape cod style house. The rest of my house is cooled by central air. I love the ability to control it via my phone. The installation was easy.

Great unit, and does a great job cooling. Only took a star off due to the loudness, it's a loud unit.

It's a really good AC that has kept me and my family nice and cold on warm summer days. I would recommend it for those in need of a AC. We are honestly thinking of buying another for the other half of the house.

I installed this unit by myself and now it's a winter wonderland in my living room. The wiFi setup wasn't bad, took a couple of tries, but eventually it was setup, now I turn the unit on before I get home.

Gets cold fast, doesn't make too much noise and easy controls.

Wish this would work just as well as our old one that had the same power. But at least it syncs up with my iPhone so I can adjust the temperature wherever I am and in case I lose the remote.

I have being using this AC unit since day one. I work super awesome and the best thing i like about it is it has capability i download and app for it and can turn On/Off the AC from anywhere . Am loving it
