    I purchased an airconditioner and after installing and turning on the airconditioner no cool air would come out after running for 30 mins. I returned the ac and ordered another another brand, Frigidaire. It was very insulting to be sent a “brand new airconditioner” that appeared to be in a used worn and torn box. Then when opening the box you can see the packaging inside also appeared to be broken, which seems as though this airconditioner had been used but brought back. If that’s the case it should’ve been specified on the website that it was a used appliance with a marked down price. On top of that there were issues with the delivery of the AC with UPS where they said they didn’t have the complete address when they did, and the air conditioner was not delivered on the expected scheduled date as Best Buy had confirmed with me. This was also very inconvenient for me as I had to schedule someone to be him for the arrival of the appliance. I’m never buying anything from Best Buy again. I’m truly disappointed as I’ve never experienced anything like this before with Best Buy after being a customer with them for years.
