It's a really good AC that has kept me and my family nice and cold on warm summer days. I would recommend it for those in need of a AC. We are honestly thinking of buying another for the other half of the house.

Saves a lot on energy bills and keeps the place cool

I installed this unit by myself and now it's a winter wonderland in my living room. The wiFi setup wasn't bad, took a couple of tries, but eventually it was setup, now I turn the unit on before I get home.

I’ve had this for a year now and I can say that it’s ok. It’s definitely powerful at 12,000 BTU and can cool a large room. But the problem is that the thermostat is too sensitive about 5-10 degrees lower than the actual room temperature which can annoyances especially in auto mode. And when the thermostat senses a temperature below 60 degrees it switches to fan mode to prevent freezing I assume… Anyways if you want a always on unit regardless of indoor temp I wouldn’t suggest this unit.

I have being using this AC unit since day one. I work super awesome and the best thing i like about it is it has capability i download and app for it and can turn On/Off the AC from anywhere . Am loving it

I purchase two units one for my daughters room that if she keeps her door open it’s able to keep her room and kitchen cold . The other one Its able to keep my sitting room and dining room cold which is all open .I also like that it looks nice best Acs I have ever owned .Price is well worth paying

So this AC unit has been tripping my breaker over and over again, at least once a day, even on energy efficient mode. The device cools the apartment nicely though. I have used portable AC's that require more power, and they didn't trip my breakers. I honestly believe I may have a faulty unit

Its a little loud but it really cools down the room

Works really good the only negative view is that every time you turn it on it automatically goes to eco setting instead of cool. If you want quick cool down must change to cool.

This is the 3rd window a/c I have had since I moved back to Mobile in '13, this one seems to do the job. Keeps the room cold and turns off when it reaches the set temperature.

Great unit. I upgraded from a 8000 btu unit and I can really feel the difference . I can’t seem to get WiFi to work but that was kinda just a bonus anyway.

The AC blown ice cold air with no problem cooling my entire first floor. However, if you are buying it for the remote controllability with the app you might want to rethink.

Bought this for small 3 bedroom 2 bath because ac was not cooling. The living room and kitchen get very cold and it cools the back rooms to comfortable temp. Very satisfied with product.

Helps keep the house cold when the ac is having a hard time keeping up with triple digits, i can even use the oven and dryer. A 250 sq ft helps as well, but does nothing when the ac craps out

Cools really well. Use it for our mater bedroom that is in full sun in the afternoons.

Still working well after almost 3 years. It puts out really cold air and in this hot weather this year I appreciate it.
