Its a little loud but it really cools down the room

This air conditioner does a spectacular job of keeping far more than 550 ft.² at a very comfortable temperature

Great unit. I upgraded from a 8000 btu unit and I can really feel the difference . I can’t seem to get WiFi to work but that was kinda just a bonus anyway.

Works really good the only negative view is that every time you turn it on it automatically goes to eco setting instead of cool. If you want quick cool down must change to cool.

This is the 3rd window a/c I have had since I moved back to Mobile in '13, this one seems to do the job. Keeps the room cold and turns off when it reaches the set temperature.

Bought it for a very small rental property 800 ft.² cools the entire house very low noise level great item for rental property that does not have central air and heat

It cooled the house down within the first 30 minutes, my old air conditioner had went out and a heatwave had just started, it was unbearable, i was just glad they had them in stock

Purchased for a back up during power outages. We have several outages a year and use cool the main room.

The AC has been excellent for my apartment and it will cool my living room and bedroom.

The AC blown ice cold air with no problem cooling my entire first floor. However, if you are buying it for the remote controllability with the app you might want to rethink.

This was set up to keep a large finished basement cool during the hot humid summer. The basement is half underground the back side is hit by the sun most of the day and this AC has been excellent at keeping it cool. Being able to turn it on shortly before leaving work is very handy as well.

Love the unit, it’s keeping my downstairs cool. They changed the app that they used for the Wi-Fi/app controls. That was frustrating to attempt to figure out but not too bad once I got it done. Overall it’s been great and I even end up having to turn it off because my downstairs room will get cold fast and it stays that way.

AC had gone out at my mom’s place and we bought her a new one and it works really well especially during the peak of summer!

Very happy with this air conditioner! It is large enough to effectively cool 2/3 of the main floor of my house. It doesn't make any more noise than any other ac unit would. I especially like the wi-fi connectivity and being able to control it from my smart phone from anywhere as long as I have internet!

Doesn't cool as well as I'd hoped, but it's quieter than they were, and the integration with Google Assistant (I haven't tried Siri or Alexa) is fantastic. The app you download for it is slow to connect, but that doesn't matter, because I don't have to open it. "Hey Google, turn on the air conditioner" "Hey Google, set the air conditioner to 70 degrees" "Hey Google, turn off the air conditioner" It's always worked exactly as I want. I've never used the remote, and I've only had the app open a couple of times. Voice control works just fine.

Man this AC has strong wind and is really cold. It easy cooled super fast a 20 x 20 room. You for sure need to have it were it wont hit you directly if not you would get really cold. Highly recommend this AC.

A perfect investment for a first air conditioner. Runs cold and energy efficient. The smart features allow me to minimize electrical usage while still keeping my room cold when I arrive home from work. Also, useful when you forget to preset your turn on and off time.
