This replacesour GE ACthat has served for 12 years. It didn't fail but this replacement was priced so that we could afford to do the chance before it was needed.

works good , wish it were bigger BTU's. Cools at least 2 rooms , but we do have 10' ceilings

This air conditioner is very quiet and easy to operate. It already has shown that it is not working as hard as the previous AC Unit. Thanks for the good work.

Good A/C but the instructions say to plug into a wall directly. This one fried up during a storm so make sure you turn it off during a storm. But over all was a great unit.

Overall this is a good AC. The Ac is suitable for a medium-size room and will get the job done. The coldest the Ac would get is 62 degrees.

Well it’s exactly as described. A window air conditioner. It works. Nothing review revolutionary. But that is perfectly ok at times when you just need something off the shelf that day and to have it work as advertised. I bought under duress during a house reno when the HVAC system wasn’t commissioned and the inside of the house was boiling hot. Unit MUST have the condensate line connected (even in dry Denver). Had the unit cooking larger than it’s rated square feet and the air comes out at the right temp. Pushing the limits and I quickly found out that without proper pitch, airflow, condensate management. The coils ice over. I setup the smart feature and it works. Just like a remote control on your phone. Nothing special. We will keep this for the garage perhaps or somewhere (I can’t foresee where we need a window unit right now) but it worked for the purpose and would work exactly as described. My rating is because it’s loud. Rattles a bit. Extremely heavy. And there’s way better options (ductless or concealed duct mini splits) these days that can give you eons more features. Not take up a window and require heavy lifting and seating. Better performance. And about the same cost. Most split units are higher seer, also 115/120 at this BTU. Heat pumps. Much quieter.

This ac does a good job cooling my living room and kitchen area, slightly larger than recommended sq ft. Unsure of the WIFI as I haven't utilized it very much.

Was in desperate need of air conditioning for my 600 square foot apartment. Did a little research before purchasing but not much. Got it home and it like to freeze me to death! If you're wondering if it's any good, it definitely is!

This unit has functioned well for me throughout the summer. The wifi/Alexa part was a little tricky to set up. Once I got it set up, it has worked well.

Best purchase made so far this year! We got this to keep our bedroom cooler than the rest of the house. With the bedroom door open our central air even runs less

This AC works wonderfully. It is quieter than the previous unit I had. It was easy to install. I like the WIFI control so I can start it before arriving home.

So far this ac is fantastic. I wish the smart technology connected via Bluetooth, I think that would’ve made things easier. However, the smart features do work and are pretty cool. It works very well, keeps my room nice and cold.

This AC works great! I did not care about the WiFi part at all but now I love it. I can make sure it’s running well when I’m not home, turn it up so it’s nice & cool when I get home from work. I can change the temp when laying in bed & it tells me when to change the filter. Most importantly, it keeps my studio apartment nice & cool. We’re currently in a heat wave where I live & I live in an upstairs apartment. I would suffer terribly had I not gotten this new one to replace my old one. I love this AC.

I had bought this air conditioner twice and love it! It does its job on the hottest days. Love it!

Blasts the cold air, not super loud for 12,000btu. Only 2 minor complaints, 1. The LED display on the front panel isn't very bright and super hard to read unless it's almost completely dark in the room, 2 the vent isn't very stable when it comes to adjusting the direction of the air flow. But overall for the price a pretty good buy.

The ac worked out great. My daighters went out and we wanted something that would cool her whole front rooms down in the tx heat. This was a great choice!

We are happy with the GE -550Sq, FT 12,000 BTU Smart Window Air Conditioner, just wish it was a little quieter.

The AC is amazing I would recommend this particular AC to any one . Talk about cold, cold isn’t the word more like a ice box. It Cools off my whole apt. I brought it for my sons room and it cools off the kitchen, Living room his room hallways it’s just the best AC I ever brought.

Great air conditioning unit. Works better than expected. However, the water does not drain completely, and mold grows after a few months of use. It also smells funny after a while.

Great product for the price. Cools a large space. Eco mode helps to control temp in the home. Wifi compatibility makes it easy to start cooling before i get home
