This unit is right fir tge area I need cooled. So far, so good.

Works well. Keeps large area cool and has several settings.

No complaints about the air conditioner. It seems to do the job and it's possible to remotely control it through an app, though setup may be tricky.

Good Unit, Quiet and cools well, efficient and good.

This thing works really good. Gets our room cold so fast, we have to turn it off after a few minutes. Best investment for the summer.

I have a ge 12,000 btu and its over 6 years old and been though a couple hurricanes and filthy coils and cool 1000x better than this one. These unit are junk dont even read actual temperature in room like it should and it’s getting replaced thanksfully i jave the old total membership so its covered. You have 60 day but wasnt 2 days and call told them it was defective. Im going to try Artic Wind12,000 and see. The old unit has been saving me but on its last leg. I’m not sure what it is with best buy and window ac units. The first 2 were LG same units wouldn’t even power on so went with different LG btu and it kept turning off on its own now this one dont work correctly. Im hoping the next one will be a winner with artic wind unit if not i have the old plan till July 2024 so thankfully installation and uninstall or coved till then. Im hoping to find o e that actually works properly!

It is a great air conditioner.bought for my parents there’s went in heat wave.thank god for 2hr pick up.I highly recommend this air conditioner

We installed the unit and turned it on and it did a great job with cooling our open floor plan space. However it was very loud. We ended up retuning it’s and going with GE 12,100 BTU 115-Volt Smart Window Air Conditioner Model# AEC12AY from Home Depot. That one was also HomeKit compatible and much much quieter. However it didn’t cool down the house as quick as this one did.

This GE air conditioner is perfect for cooling the whole basement. It has kept it cool and not noisy at all. Definitely will purchase another for the house.

Was struggling through summer with a failing central ac. This unit is powerful and easily cools a 700 sq. feet portion of an unshaded house.

After trying three other A/C units- this one was a keeper. This unit cools our space the best and runs quiet enough to sleep at night. We’ll worth buying!

I’ve been very pleased with this window air conditioner. It’s fairly quiet, cools my house and shuts off when it reaches the temperature I’ve programmed it for. It has wifi so I can shut off the unit and turn it back on using my phone so the house is cool when I get in. I’m very pleased.

I got this for my 1st floor which is pretty large this ac does a great job of keeping it cool .. some times it's a little to cool ☺️ but that's great !

Unit works well and cools a large room. Only complaint was installation hardware didn't work well on our window frames as they were too short.

I bought this product a month ago and it was well worth the money. When you turn on the A/C give it about 10 minutes and your room will be an Ice box.

This worked out well. Comfortably using it in my hall and it is getting cooler faster

The air conditioner works very well. It keeps the house cool.

So far it has been working great! It does what is supposed to do. I have a open concept on the first floor and it covers 90% of the whole space.
