Does a really good job in our room. I really like the WiFi feature and the app control. I can control the unit from anywhere.

So far it has been working great! It does what is supposed to do. I have a open concept on the first floor and it covers 90% of the whole space.

Cools quick. Runs quiet. Wish you could see all the settings continually. Just have to use remote to light up current settings. Love the remote!

Beware once this thing starts up, it gets very cold , the last few days has been extremely hot and humid but not in my house. We have it on low and the living room and dining room are extremely cold.will be purchasing another smaller 1 for my bedroom.

A/c unit works great, fits in my window just fine, don’t forget to take out the plug from the drip pan outside the window. Wifi is cool on it too!

Excellent product, cools my living room quick. The smart commands worked for a month or so but started having connectivity issues with wifi after that. If you aren't concerned about smart commands, this is a good product.

Please guys be careful, GE Has felt in the trap of commercial product, rather than reflecting the value the brand was known for. The price doesn't reflect reliability. I bought the GE model AHM10AWQ1 for my mother thinking the cheaper model will not be reliable for the long run, I was just wrong. If you want to blow your money on GE, at least go for the cheap ones, you will not feel bad for a one time A/C use.

Works very well. Really needed the larger size that fits the smaller windows and this did the trick.

Great for cooling our very large bedroom. I don’t feel like it’s as good at removing the humidity as our old one however.

Works, cools off my large dining/living area very quickly. Central AC went out, so I needed something to cool off the house. This worked well and also has smart features. Works with Alexa, which is great for hands free.

This was the worst AC I have ever purchased! Unit was purchased on 6/2/21 and since day one it has been the worst purchase ever. I have had more than 4-5 over 30 or so years and this one has so many problems I regret buying it. 1. The control panel is in white and one can not see it during the daylight, only at night. 2. Condensation builds up inside and a fan inside forces it out to the right side of the unit, if you are outside looking at it, making the accordion pleated expandable window closer part collect all the water. 3. The water drips down on to my outside sill, down my siding, and rust has built up inside the unit making a rusty stain down the side of my siding. 4. The water also leaks into my house on the sill, staining my woodwork. After an email from GE telling me that I need to make sure the tilt was right, I had it reinstalled and tilted even more. Still leaks all over the place. The manual recommends not removing the plug on the bottom because it causes it to become less efficient. Need to return it and get my money back. This ought to be a fun time?? Tried to call Best Buy but they are not taking any calls. Really? During Covid? Wish I hadn't bought it at Best Buy too or online. Should have gone to Lowe's or Home Depot where it is easier to bring back products.

The convenience of being able to use the Wi-Fi in built to cool off my house from work or turn it on in the day if it’s too hot for my cat is amazing

100 degrees in NOLA and this unit has plenty of horse power for my 200 s/f man cave at or below 70 degrees. Like the HomeKit compatibility.

Wonderful item! Researched air conditioners and decided on this make/model. Bought it to install in my garage so I can actually work in it in the summer months. Keeps the garage wonderfully cool and comfortable.

We love this unit. It's much quieter than the one it replaced and cools effectly. Plus I like that it can be controlled via Alexa.

We installed this window AC unit on the center level of a 3 level house. It worked incredibly and our house felt like a winter wonderland while it was SCORCHING outside. We also have multiple skylights, so our house is usually quite hot.
