The AC is amazing I would recommend this particular AC to any one . Talk about cold, cold isn’t the word more like a ice box. It Cools off my whole apt. I brought it for my sons room and it cools off the kitchen, Living room his room hallways it’s just the best AC I ever brought.

A/c unit works great, fits in my window just fine, don’t forget to take out the plug from the drip pan outside the window. Wifi is cool on it too!

I’ve been very pleased with this window air conditioner. It’s fairly quiet, cools my house and shuts off when it reaches the temperature I’ve programmed it for. It has wifi so I can shut off the unit and turn it back on using my phone so the house is cool when I get in. I’m very pleased.

We love this unit. It's much quieter than the one it replaced and cools effectly. Plus I like that it can be controlled via Alexa.

No complaints about the air conditioner. It seems to do the job and it's possible to remotely control it through an app, though setup may be tricky.

100 degrees in NOLA and this unit has plenty of horse power for my 200 s/f man cave at or below 70 degrees. Like the HomeKit compatibility.

We installed the unit and turned it on and it did a great job with cooling our open floor plan space. However it was very loud. We ended up retuning it’s and going with GE 12,100 BTU 115-Volt Smart Window Air Conditioner Model# AEC12AY from Home Depot. That one was also HomeKit compatible and much much quieter. However it didn’t cool down the house as quick as this one did.

Unit works well and cools a large room. Only complaint was installation hardware didn't work well on our window frames as they were too short.

The convenience of being able to use the Wi-Fi in built to cool off my house from work or turn it on in the day if it’s too hot for my cat is amazing

I love how it cools my entire RV. The Wi-Fi feature allows me to control the air conditioner away from home or at home.

We had to replace our very old AC unit. It worked, but just didn’t do the job anymore. We chose this GE 12,000 BTU and we immediately felt a difference! Our house was finally comfortable on the hottest days and it made the humidity level reduce to a functional level.

We are cooling an 800 sq ft area with this unit. Has no issues doing so. Quite running mostly on low and received it at my house a day early.

This product is very good , keeps my room cool and does a well job you have to change the filter every week but it does a great job

Great a/c doesn’t seem to blow as cold as my older unit but my whole bedroom seems the same temp now it’s a great unit for the price
