    We had to replace our very old AC unit. It worked, but just didn’t do the job anymore. We chose this GE 12,000 BTU and we immediately felt a difference! Our house was finally comfortable on the hottest days and it made the humidity level reduce to a functional level.

    Cools quick. Runs quiet. Wish you could see all the settings continually. Just have to use remote to light up current settings. Love the remote!

    A/c unit works great, fits in my window just fine, don’t forget to take out the plug from the drip pan outside the window. Wifi is cool on it too!

    100 degrees in NOLA and this unit has plenty of horse power for my 200 s/f man cave at or below 70 degrees. Like the HomeKit compatibility.

    Excellent product, cools my living room quick. The smart commands worked for a month or so but started having connectivity issues with wifi after that. If you aren't concerned about smart commands, this is a good product.

    Beware once this thing starts up, it gets very cold , the last few days has been extremely hot and humid but not in my house. We have it on low and the living room and dining room are extremely cold.will be purchasing another smaller 1 for my bedroom.
