Good AC, but Wireless setup is tedious

Setting up Wireless was a chore and didn't seem to actually work until I gave up and looked at it later to realize the activation was completed.

It cools off my dining room and living room plus kitchen. It’s an all open space in an old mobile home so it works great. I just don’t like how the display goes off and it’s very hard to see when it’s on.

In fact , being a second floor bedroom, I thought that it would take awhile. Boy was I wrong. Great AC for the money also.

This one does not have the louvers directional air flow that previous Friedrich had. The remote does not display temperature in a way that makes me happy. It should have its own display. This is a major flaw, and I would not have bought it if I had seen the remote before purchase. But it works in this heat. The salesperson was patient and knowledgeable, and helpful in getting an installation date. Thanks to him.

I just opened the window and stuck it in and didn’t seal around the unit. Unit works better than I expected and I recommend this unit
