Great a/c unit for the price, much more quite than my previous a/c. Cools the room better. Highly recommend this model.

This AC unit gets the job done very powerful and not to loud. The app allows you to turn your unit on/off from anywhere.

I bought this ac for my office which is a 12/24. It keeps it wonderfully cool, even on the hottest/muggiest Texas summer day without overworking. Very pleased with it. Best Buy had the best price around as well.

This is a excellent air conditioner for our purposes. We had a similar one to this cooling our sunroom addition. Best Buy had this in stock and at a very reasonable price with them loading it into our car.

It works better than I expected. It cools off my dining room and living room plus kitchen. It’s an all open space in an old mobile home so it works great. I just don’t like how the display goes off and it’s very hard to see when it’s on.

This is a great AC for the size. the GE SmartGQ app on the box does not work for the ac but GE comfort controls does.

Great AC unit! Literally cool down my entire lower level floor in my house very quickly. Love all the different settings especially when I’m not around so it doesn’t run nonstop. Definitely recommend!

It works great after we found a dent in the back. It rattled something awful, tried to get a replacement but couldnt. So we put a board under the dent to stop rattling now its quiet and works fine.

Works better than a normal mid size room air conditioner

At about the 10 month mark it started making random beeping bosses and intermittently turning itself off and on over and over. When that randomly stopped, I thought maybe it was a random glitch. Now, days before the one year mark it stopped working. It’s going to get to 101 today. Absolutely unacceptable that a unit I paid this much for candy outlast the cheap used one on the other end of the house.
