I asked GE connected for assitance is setting wifi for Smart A/C. They asked for Serial number and location, went remote and my A/C stopped working altogether. Now they are suggesting that I pay for a repair service because I was a month off my warrantee.

After they open the stores and hours on the phone we had to take it back to the store to exchange. Best Buy employees treated us very good . The second AC still noisy I am not so happy with that .

Great product, cools well and quiet. Did not user he smart function where its located. Highly recommend GE.

Our air system was struggling on intense heat days, we use this to cool a large bedroom and it works very well.
