It's an efficient unit

I wish I had taken into account the fact that the air has to travel around corners and into other rooms. Had I done so, I would have bought a larger unit.

Cool days and dark nights

The temperature indicator only lights up when you move the setting so you do nor have a light on the control panel at night. Good feature for light sleeper. Another advantage was that it was in stock and I did not have to wait for it to be shipped.

12,000 BTU GE Air Conditioner

I also have a small 5,000 BTU in the master bedroom but I haven't needed to use it as a supplement. This was a good purchase.
