The remote is tiny but works very well. The app has issues, though. I'm using this A/C unit in my shop in a shed and would prefer to operate it with the app to turn it on a few minutes before I go to the shop so it's cool when I start working there.

It's great definitely chills my whole apartment. Have to walk around in a hoody.
