It makes my entire apartment comfortable if I leave my bedroom door open. I also love the wifi feature. I went on vacation and forgot to turn off the auto start. I would have wasted a week of electricity if not for the wifi feature.

Bad product, bad GE Service Policy

The app is kind of laughable about how basic it is. Worked for about a month, maybe 40 hours total before it went into a power boot loop when plugged in. Just submitted a service request thru their app. They called back a few hours later saying they don't supply parts for this model! I now have to document it and get some sort of 'certification' from them. Once I have the Certification, I need to go back and buy another AC, and then submit the receipt back to them so that they will cut a check to reimburse me. This an awful RMA process for a brand new product. Never buying a GE product again.

The app is terrible if you have more than one unit.
