Cools a 600 sq Ft room no problem. Like the wifi app that goes along with this. Can program it to maintain a room temp or come on at certain times and go off at certain times. Comes with a remote too. Just a tad noisy when running. However after about a day or two, you don't even notice it. That's the only reason it doesn't get 5 stars. Had it for about a month.

With a BTU rating of 12,000, this unit easily cools down the entire first floor of my house. The app is very easy to use as well, and is especially handy when making up a programming schedule. This helps us keep our house cool and comfortable, but also doesn't keep the AC running when we don't need it to.

The AC unit I purchased is 12000 BTUs and which is perfect for my space considering I have an opened kitchen and living room, it certainly circulates great even into the bedrooms when the doors are opened (I have 3 bedrooms) I was considering keeping my old AC and putting it in another room but this one air conditioner is strong enough to cool the whole apartment on its own. I love that I have a remote control to adjust the temperature or turn it off whenever I need to. Another feature that comes in handy is knowing when to clean out the filter, a red light will illuminate letting you know when its time. Its easy to open clean and dry and when you are ready to put it back into the unit you juat press the filter button so the red light comes off, only appearing again when its time to clean.

Cools like it should. It took 20 minutes to cool a 15' X 20' attic room. The eco mode turns the cooling fan on and off and the sound can be irritating when you're trying to go to sleep. The top of the exterior casing is open to the elements and rain can get in the top. I think it will effect the internal workings and the unit won't last for years to come. I will find out next year when I turn it back on for the summer. The adjustable vents and side extenders are made of very thin plastic. Handle with care. You know when it's on, it's too loud for me to love it. Haven't tried to use the app.

Great so far. It does make strange crackling noise some times. Installation was easy. Satisfied with cooling as old unit was definitely not as efficient.

After having multiple issues with LG air conditioners, we decided to give GE a shot. The air conditioner was superb. Easy to install, hooks up to wifi for control, has a remote, and most importantly, it's much, much quieter. Very happy with the unit.

This was just perfect and cools our little house well. Even in 100+ degree days. Easy to install, works great, the price was fair too. Great buy!

It's noisy but powerful enough to cool my living room and kitchen area. Can be controlled by the app while you are away from home.

The air conditioner cools and performs as it should. The unit is smaller and weighs less than previous 12,000 BTU air conditioners I have purchased making it easier to install. The air flow is strong but the direction is minimally changed even if you adjust the levers and louver. The power buttons on the unit and remote have to be pressed once to engage and again to turn on or off; all other buttons function when pressed once. I have a properly setup Apple HomeKit hub but was unable to connect the a/c after repeated attempts; I did not try using the GE SmartHQ app. Be aware that the 6' power cord is on the right side of the unit. The top mounting rail has to be attached with supplied screws. The air filter cover is not hinged to the unit so be careful when removing it so it doesn't drop and break when you need to clean the filter. READ the instructions especially when attaching the side curtain frames and side curtain panels. The side curtain panels must fit correctly into the side panel rails on each side of the unit. The side curtain frames slide over the curtain panels into the top and bottom rails. Make sure they are correctly aligned before snapping the curtain into the frame because it cannot be unsnapped. It will make it more difficult if not impossible to attach if you snap the curtain into the frame before sliding the curtain through the rails. Overall, it is an easy installation if you read the instructions, prepare and take your time.

I bought this for my bedroom. Bought a 90 year old house last fall, which had a brand new AC but it just doesn't cool my upstairs bedroom enough when it's super hot out in the summer. This was easy to install and it cools very well. It is just very loud, super loud. If someone were to break in with this on, I probably wouldn't hear it. But, it keeps my bedroom super cool and I sleep well. I'll let the alarm and the dog worry about the other stuff. I use the app to schedule it to turn on 30 minutes before my usual bed time and turn off a couple of hours before I get up and schedule my nest thermostat to not cool the rest of the house during the same times so probably an energy savings.

Pick up at Best Buy in Dartmouth was easy. Installing the AC in the window was much more difficult as it's heavy! Works great. A little loud but keeps my house cool and that's what matters!

Good ac , cools well and very installation. This 1200 BTU will cool a small/ medium size room. Uses lots of “ juice” though and a “bit” loud but I would purchase again This little unit has been doing its job in the middle of a Texas summer,

Fit into a small window. Is quite noisy particulArly outside of sounds. Nicely cools a couple small rooms, has an adequate remote. Instal was a creative effort, would have liked a more adaptable install design.

This air conditioner was easy to install and works great. The remote control is simple but allows you access to all of the features. And it is WiFi enabled to control through your smartphone.

Setup was very easy, Works amazing. Cools down our living room fast. Also love how I can control it from my phone. Would recommend to others!

It’s pretty good! It works very well to cool down an entire room but it is a little loud especially when jt turns on. I don’t mind the noise but there are definitely quieter ACs if that’s a problem.

Cold air as advertised. Easy to install. Handy remote control for when I’m feeling Uber lazy.

this air conditioner cools very well. I like the fact that I can control it through my phone. The only drawback is that it's a little noisy.
