    2 days after I could no longer return this A/C it died and wont turn on. The display also wasn’t working correctly. When it did work it cooled nicely but I am disappointed with this purchase. Hoping there is an online solution to get it working.

    This is a very powerful air conditioner. So glad with my purchase. Getting a 12,000 btu is worth it. Having the option to use your phone to control it has been my favorite feature.

    THough it cools the room, it doesn't get anywhere near as cool as we imagined for the number of BTU's indicated. Also makes sporadic unusual noises. The low medium high functions don't seem to make much difference

    Unbearable Noise After 90 Days

    There is no option to upload the video I just recorded, so I’ll do my best to describe. In less than 90 days, this thing has become unbearable with noise. It sounds something like a construction crew going at the pavement with a concrete drill. We cannot talk while this thing is going; we must yell. I often have to just turn it off for my sanity. I don’t imagine this thing is going to be usable next summer. And to think, I got rid of a 20+ year old AC unit that still worked, (but I wanted something nicer looking) just to spend $$ hundreds on this junk that maybe lasts me one season. Really wish I had the option to share the video with other potential consumers.
