AVOID THIS AIR CONDITIONER. Sure, I know what you're thinking "oh it can't be that bad" or maybe you think all the bad reviews are dramatic or exaggerating but nope..... This air conditioner is a complete piece of garbage and literally isn't worth a penny, let alone $400! I owned this ac unit for less than 48hrs and it had some serious problems. Wifi never worked or turned on. Unit would randomly turn off despite having continuous power. Unit struggled to cool 450sq foot space. Sleep function didn't work. Temperature gauge always wrong. And did I mention it was DEAFENINGLY LOUD. Like even on the lowest setting this thing was way too loud to be liveable..... I figured it was a decent trade off, but after one day of ownership it turned off and never turned back on. Absolute garbage. Never buying anything from this brand again.

Nice heavier duty air conditioner. It cools our 15'x25'with 12 ft ceilings quickly and efficiently.

This AC unit is very quiet and keeps more than one room cool. I have been very happy with my purchase.

2 days after I could no longer return this A/C it died and wont turn on. The display also wasn’t working correctly. When it did work it cooled nicely but I am disappointed with this purchase. Hoping there is an online solution to get it working.

We use this to cool a bedroom that is 20 x 30ft, it works amazing well. Very pleased!

I bought this to replace our old 10,000 BTU a/c I am glad i did. And the Smart features work great.

There is no option to upload the video I just recorded, so I’ll do my best to describe. In less than 90 days, this thing has become unbearable with noise. It sounds something like a construction crew going at the pavement with a concrete drill. We cannot talk while this thing is going; we must yell. I often have to just turn it off for my sanity. I don’t imagine this thing is going to be usable next summer. And to think, I got rid of a 20+ year old AC unit that still worked, (but I wanted something nicer looking) just to spend $$ hundreds on this junk that maybe lasts me one season. Really wish I had the option to share the video with other potential consumers.

Use this in my kitchen window and chills my living room well and even my office a little further away- have not had to turn on big AC u it since I bought this- which never made my house feel cold but this window aC does I love it!! Yes we have central AC but it’s too expensive to run so we modified our hot house with this and we wish we would have done it years ago
