I have now had two of them just quit working alltogether in just a few weeks. It could be something in my electrical system that is blowing them out, but I can't imagine what. I am going to give this unit one more try, thanks to Best Buy's liberal return policy. Hopefully the third time will be the charm.

It cools my 2nd floor bedroom within 10 Minutes. The sound is average and the WiFi feature is fairly simple to use and comes with a remote. Highly recommend!

Much better than Frigidaire

(1) it’s pretty lightweight for thr number of BTUs it produces, (2) it looks sleek and definitely not an eyesore, (3) it’s so much quieter than the Frigidaire I returned. I cant comment on the WIFI, i haven't tried it out yet and my one issue is that when set to automatic; the AC appears completely off when it’s sleeping, so I’ve left the AC running for days not knowing that it wasn’t “OFF” just in sleep mode.

The great service and professionals at Best Buy had the order ready within an hour and allowed me to cool my bedroom when my home air conditioner was broken.

I sleep like a baby

Love my air conditioner
