Broke after 6 weeks

Owned for 2 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Was working great, but all of a sudden stopped working as the entire unit froze. best buy support scheduled an appointment for me to bring it to the store and have swaped, but when i arrived at the store best buy said i need to contact ge or buy a new unit bc i didnt purchase the geek squad warrenty. so, after 6 weeks the $500 unit wont work in the middle of a heat wave, forcing two 80 year old’s to temp stay outside of their home while we wait 2 weeks for a ge tech to service the unit.
