    Was working great, but all of a sudden stopped working as the entire unit froze. best buy support scheduled an appointment for me to bring it to the store and have swaped, but when i arrived at the store best buy said i need to contact ge or buy a new unit bc i didnt purchase the geek squad warrenty. so, after 6 weeks the $500 unit wont work in the middle of a heat wave, forcing two 80 year old’s to temp stay outside of their home while we wait 2 weeks for a ge tech to service the unit.

    This GE AC unit is exceptional. It has an app and is fully functional from anywhere. You can be cool at any and every hour. Several cooling speeds, economy setting, and temperature settings.
