I am very happy with my air conditioners however I was more happy I paid for an adjustment in delivery and although both items were ordered at the same time your company made it to separate orders So one arrived early and I was not hone for delivery and it sat our front all day . I purposely paid the extra fee so that did not happen Dud not realize they were separate orders until it was delivered early .

Good air window conditioner, shuts off to be efficient and economical.

Works great..does what its supposed to do ..but cant get in my phone tried everything, this was the reason why i brought it

The Wifi application allows my house to cool down before i get home from work. Cools everything like a freezer!

I had a horrible time picking up this unit. Management at this store is about what they “can’t do.” With some creative problem solving, I was able to remedy the situation - not the store management and get the a/c unit home. Very disappointed by this management team.

Great for big rooms. The price is right for all the functions. Love the sleek front, also the wi fi features.

Had no problems ordering it and getting deliver to my house but when I used it and froze up on me and I’ll call the store to let them know that the unit is freezing up on me I have to turn it off and wait and turn it back on I have not heard from the store at all

Have had it for a few months now and works just as good as the day it was plugged in. More powerful than a stand up and more affordable too.

At first hard to connect to WiFi but after calling customer service and having them walk me through how to do everything worked out

The driver showed up with the air conditioner but would not put it in because the grass needed to be mowed... he said. He then took it back to the truck and back to the store. I eventually canceled the order, go to the driver.

This was a replacement product because the previous one had internal issues but GE returned my money 100%

Home AC died so got this to get through the summer.

Works just as advertised bridge better than expected.

I really needed this unit and I use it in my bedroom! It’s perfect! I love that I can just rinse the filter and not have to purchase a new one.

Great bang for the price. So far loving the features this AC provides.
