Had no problems ordering it and getting deliver to my house but when I used it and froze up on me and I’ll call the store to let them know that the unit is freezing up on me I have to turn it off and wait and turn it back on I have not heard from the store at all

Have had it for a few months now and works just as good as the day it was plugged in. More powerful than a stand up and more affordable too.

Easy setup up with the app! Kept entire upstairs cool in 100 degree heat other week! We love the Eco mode. No complaints here!

I am happy with my air conditioner. It cools my room well they only drawback is it happens to be a little noisy at times.

OK unit Comes disasembled and takes over an hour to assemble to install in a window. does NOT come with enough insualtion for around the window opening

The overall quality and product is 4.5 stars rating. It blow out cold air and get the room cool in about 5 minutes. The only downside is that the installation process is very dull. They do not provide everything needed if you have old type windows. This product was meant for small windows.

The Wifi application allows my house to cool down before i get home from work. Cools everything like a freezer!

Pulls a ton of power and after less the 3 months the compressor sounds like its going out. It’s been making odd sounds and making the lights dim

I am very happy with my air conditioners however I was more happy I paid for an adjustment in delivery and although both items were ordered at the same time your company made it to separate orders So one arrived early and I was not hone for delivery and it sat our front all day . I purposely paid the extra fee so that did not happen Dud not realize they were separate orders until it was delivered early .

Great for big rooms. The price is right for all the functions. Love the sleek front, also the wi fi features.

This Air Conditioner works well so far. Only issue I had was a broken fin straight out of the box which I didn't notice until it was installed.

Look like someone dropped it but it’s still working put it on a separate breaker so far working good

I had a horrible time picking up this unit. Management at this store is about what they “can’t do.” With some creative problem solving, I was able to remedy the situation - not the store management and get the a/c unit home. Very disappointed by this management team.

I really needed this unit and I use it in my bedroom! It’s perfect! I love that I can just rinse the filter and not have to purchase a new one.

This was a replacement product because the previous one had internal issues but GE returned my money 100%
