    I had a previous window unit which had a warranty but the geek squad they didn’t have parts to repair it. I ended up paying a little more to get this new unit. It Wasn’t as cold as our previous unit and it started having a lot of condensation. It’s one month old I’m gonna try to return it.

    The first one I purchased online and was shipped to my house was defective. The ground prong was loose and became stuck in the receptacle. I was able to exchange it for the sane model at the local store since they had two left in stock. The second one works like a charm & I’m very impressed with it.

    This was a great window unit for us. We used it in an upstairs room that got very hot in the summer. All the features worked great. Love the remote.
