I mostly used it during part of the spring and summer, but it didn’t even last three years. I have other AC units from different brands that still work perfectly after more than 14 years. This one is definitely not worth it.

While we're glad it's keeping your kitchen cool, we regret that you aren't happy with how low the temperature goes and your dining room isn't being cooled. We know those issues may cause concern. This unit has 12,0000 BTUs of cooling power, and is ideal for cooling rooms of 450 to 550 square feet; it may not cool as well in an adjacent room, especially if the size of the space doesn't fit that range. Wish it could be set down to a lower temp like the 10k BTU I had but it doesn't. I use it for my bedroom and it does ok.
