Ge said the don’t fix them and bestbuy knows that somebody better give me my money.

This is the 3rd one because of various problems from weird noise to just won't turn on. And because of best buy whopping 15 day return policy on day 20 I had to go through manufacturer and wait almost a month for a new one. I love in New York summer is only 2 months long. Lol

The unit has a broken bracket inside which allowed the blade to rub against it making it unusable. I wouldn't recommend this unit as it was clearly poorly made. I will say I gave it 2 stars for the Best Buy's customer service. They were amazing and took the unit right back for a full refund. I was extremely pleased with the process.

I’ve went through 4 with GE having to replace them. There’s a known issue that GE hasn’t fixed and they still make you call dozens of times to get these crappy units replaced

It's loud both inside and out and struggles to keep at 145sq.ft. room at 72 degrees.

Smart App Sucks

Once installed, the smart phone App does not work as it does not turn on and off the AC from your smart phone. The unit itself works good but its being sold as a "Smart AC" in fact it is not. I noted many people having issues with the APP. Customer support was good.
