BESTBUY doesn’t want to help with anymore. They keep pushing to buy their service plan.

It drop out of my network and couldn’t turn it on. There was power to the unit. Of course it happened right after the 90-day window so I had to call GE directly. That took almost 2 weeks before I could get to someone. Instead of sending me a replacement, how GE works, I was given a “Goodwill Certificate” in the amount I paid for the product less tax. I now have to go buy that product or equivalent with my own money before GE sends me reimbursement within 6-8 weeks. It’s bad enough the brand new window unit croaked in the middle of a heatwave, why putting all the responsibilities back on the consumer?

When they work, they are good! but they break fast. each lasted 3 month max! just stay away , any other brand is better

Tried to get the red filter light to stop blinking and end up causing an electrical glitch that cause the unit to stop working.
